When will the mobile app be available?

We haven't set a public release date yet. Sign up on the web now and your account and all data will carry over to the mobile app automatically.

Does the web app work on mobile browsers?

Yes. The web app is fully usable on mobile browsers (Safari, Chrome). It's not a native app, but you can add it to your home screen as a web app for a near-native feel.

Will barcode scanning work for UK/EU products?

Yes, the mobile app will support both GS1 (international) and EAN-13 barcodes, covering most UK and EU packaged foods. The food database will be expanded to include more branded products before launch.

Is there an Apple Watch or Wear OS app planned?

Not at launch. The initial release will focus on iPhone and Android smartphone apps. Wearable integrations may follow.
